                   The  ugly  worm

    there was an  ugly  worm,  He

  Lived  in  the  tree,  his  home  was a  mango 

Leaf,  one  morning  the ugly  worm  wake  up,

  What a  beautiful  day,  today  is  a  fine day  to  play’’ he  said,

  The  worm.  crawled  to a young  plant,I want to eat’’ I’m  hungry  I  want  to eat  said the worm.

  He craled  to a  young  plant,  the ugly  worm  ate    a green  leaf

  He  ate another  and  still another 

He grew  bigger  and  bigger

 Then  he  said  ‘’  I  want  to  sleep.

  But  where    can I   stay?  He  asked.

Oh’’  there  is a  yellow  Santan.   ‘’ may  I  stay

  With  you  ?  he  said’

  Go  away   said  the  yellow  santan’’

You  can  stay  here  you  will eat  my  leaves and the

The  ugly  worm  crawled    to  the  gumamela. 

‘’hello  red  gumamela,  may  I  stay here  with  you

 The  red   flower  answered  go  away  you?  can

 Stay  here  you  will eat    leaves,

  The  sleepy  worm   began  to  cry nobody  likes  me

  A  yellow  butterfly  came    by  and  an  asked

Why do  you  cry   sleepy  worm/  nobody’s  wants  me.

  Go to the  guyabano   tree    there is a  places

  For  you  there  the  ugly  worm  crawled  to  the  guyabano  leaves

  May  I  stay  with  you   he  asked    yes  you  may  said  the  guyabano tree

  The  ugly  worm  slept  for  fourteen  days

  When  he  woke  up,  he  saw  that  he  he  had  a  very  beautiful  green  wings

  And  all  the  flowers looked  up    what  a  pretty  green  butterflies

  Theysaid ,  staywith  us pretty  butterfly

  But  the  butterfly flew away  he  said    bye’’  bye……..  flower  I  wiil  be  back
